The purpose of the Tejeel application is to register a full cycle of fodder distribution provided under the project to the pre-registered end users (herders). The cycle of registration would have the following stages: 1. factory registers how much fodders produced, 2. the project chooses the destination of the delivery, 3.factory hands it over to the drivers, 4. the driver delivers at the aimag (province), 5. the received fodder at the aimag (province) would be handed over to the province drivers to deliver soum (district), 6. and lastly the end user receives their fodder from soum (officials). The end user would be verified by receiving a 4 digit number text message on their registered mobile phone.
